At Artlupa we follow three main principles when assisting our clients:

We offer the following three services for companies:
- Basic: complete outsourcing of financial administration, accounting, BTW and annual administration tasks
- Integrated: an integrated approach to your business processes: organization, automation and digitization
- Optional: We can also provide a range of extra services.
In the table below you will find the pricing structure, for fully outsourcing your fiscal administration to us, followed by a more detailed description of our integrated approach to business processes.
- Complete basic package for BV and DGA
We offer a complete package to suit every entrepreneur. Package includes:
- Administration processing and/or control
- Profit declaration (corporation tax)
- Preparing annual accounts
- Filing of annual accounts with the Chamber of Commerce
- Sales tax return (BTW)
- Consultation by telephone and/or email (fair use);
The cost of the package will vary depending on your companies level of turnover (including BTW and transactions). All prices are per quarter, excluding BTW.

The following prices are for financial holdings companies and stamrecht BVs (annuity right LTD). We also file corporate income tax returns and annual accounts for this group of companies.

Want to go beyond the basics? No problem. We also provide the Lupabox, so that you can deliver all your documents digitally 24/7. We will make an agreement regarding when you would prefer to make your payments, then we can carry out an automated round of payments together with you as efficiently as possible. Via the bank link, we also automatically receive the companies bank transactions on a daily basis. With our accounting system, we can now create reports such as forecasts, budgets, and statements for your convenience.
